France - Standard shipping 15€ / Free shipping over 200€ / Return freight 20€.
Italy - Standard shipping 15€ / Free shipping over 200€ / Return freight 20€.
Sweden - Standard shipping 150Sek / Free shipping over 2000Sek / Return freight 200Sek.
Norway - Standard shipping 150Nok / Free shipping over 2000Nok / Return freight 200Nok.

We provide the tracking number of your shipment so you can follow your order in real time.
We normally process the order within 24 hours during working days.

Exchange or Order cancelation

Damaged goods
Should your goods be damaged, please take a photo and share it with us so info@snoow.tech that we can provide you with a return label. We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
Lost package
Should your order be identified as lost, we will ship a new order out immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom Design products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
