Order Minimum for Custom Orders

• Total Order-minimum 30 pieces
• Each Style-minimum is 10 pieces
• There is no minimum on sizes

Normally a minimum order is divided on tree different styles e.g. Racesuit, Jacket , and WarmUp Pant.
Sizes can be selected individual without any limitations.

1. Product range introduction
2. Introduction of terms and pricelists
3. Design brief with handover of logos, colors, and design assets
4. Design kick-off
5. Design confirmation
6. Final Order-confirmation
7. Production kick-off - 50% pre-payment
8. Production lead-time 10-12 weeks for Nordic Products
9. Last remaining invoice with delivery - 10 days net

50% PRE-PAYMENT

1. We send the first invoice when it is time to kick-of the production - 50% pre-payment of total order value. Production start when you have paid this first invoice.
2. We share the second and last invoice when we send your ready made products - remaining 50% with 10 days net payment terms.

PRODUCTION LEAD-TIME 10-12 WEEKS FOR "NORDIC PRODUCTS"

What is our process with our production site:

1. Setup and confirm your design with the production site
2. We confirm the order quantity and pricing
3. Graphic layout final production confirmation
4. Production starts
5. Product quality is inspected at the production site during and after the production
6. Ready order ships to a) EU customer Orders ships direct to EU destination , b) Swiss Customer Orders ships from our Swiss HQ

• Test-print on fabric
• Team-shop for bigger customers
• Sample-collection for bigger customers
• Borrow size-sets in preparation for team order-placement
